Home owner has had his home on the market for some time. With no luck of selling it. He enlist in a realtor to help him sell his home. He told us they went over things that he could update to increase the value of his home, add curb appeal, and help sell his home. He said that he had fairly new siding and brand new windows. And his roof had was due to be replaced and thought he could get away with selling it that way but his realtor ensured him that it would help to replace it.
