Mike came out to take a look at our roof that had been leaking, and was able to give us a estimate. Only a few days later he had his crew out here to get the job done before any other water could get into our home. After 3 other estimates, Mike from Green Built came out to look at project. Along with total roof replacement there were also some structural issues with a couple of soffit areas. We were also interested in adding some metal roofing to give our house an updated feature. Mike is expertise in all of these areas was obvious. The project was done on schedule while working around weather conditions typical of November in Michigan. The crew, worked long hours, and everything looks beautiful!! Clean up made it look like they had never been here as it should. Great products with great warranties. We are extremely happy with results. Hard to get this type of service and workmanship in todays world. We highly recommend Green Built!!

We had a whole house remodel done back in 2019 with Green Built. Mike was on time courteous and so was his whole crew. We had a New Roof, 80's brick removed, New Siding, New Windows and a new slider installed with some new gutters on the front. From start to finish the process was smooth. When there was issues we spoke with Mike and he took care of it immediately. I wouldn't let anyone else work on our house remodel because Mike made sense. He wasn't a sales man pushing for a commission he owns the business and he owns up to the name of his business!

Called Green Built Roofing a week ago to take a look at a leaky garage roof of mine. Mike the Owner came out a few days later and let me know my garage roof was about at the end of its life. He let me know that the garage had 2 layers of shingles on it and the original layer was installed about 40 years ago. The building code and technology were different, and that is why it was having issues. Ended up working with Mike to have my garage completely replaced with brand new shingles with a 50 year warranty. We ended up doing the house also as well to complete our entire home. Financing was a breeze through Michigan Saves, we were cleared for 4% interest for 10 years, a huge weight off our shoulders. Installation was fast, timely, professional, and the house looks amazing! Black roof with the newest technology and a great warranty. Thanks Mike!

Outstanding does not come close to describing the professionalism of every person associated with the roof replacement on my daughter's house. Mike was extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire project. This is one of the reasons I have decided to have Green Built to replace the siding on the house and install 3 windows. The roofing crew who did the roof replacement were unbelievable. I can not say enough about this crew. Professional, Knowledgeable, Friendly, Hardworking, and willing to go the extra mile or two to ensure everything was completed, and most of all completed correctly. Mike, the owner of Green Built Roofing is a genuine "Good Guy". We have a large, steep pitched roof on our 4 unit rental property. Out of the 5 companies that I interviewed for quotes, Mike was by far the most knowledgeable (I have 30 years experience in the building material industry and am very knowledgeable about roofing. We have done roofing but this roof is very involved and needed professionals.) and the most honest, (there are some unscrupulous sales people but luckily Mike is not one of them.). We knew our roof would need extra work, but after tearing off, more was revealed. Mike worked with us and we found a solution to both our satisfaction. You can tell Mike&#39;s roofing crew is very experienced and have worked together many times, as they worked together with very little conversation. They preformed like a surgical team, stripping an area, doing repairs, sheathing and reroofing area by area. They all knew just what to do. It was such a pleasure working with Mike and his crew. aka orchestra. They get 5 Stars! Excellent!

Vinyl Siding Installation- Dorr, MI

Customer had a new roof installed by Green Built Roofing and was ready to have his aluminum siding replaced with new vinyl siding.

Installers removed old aluminum siding, starting with the garage. Installed tyvek and/or insulation, then installed new vinyl siding on garage and home. Siding face lift including but not limited to new window wraps, some mill work, new corner post.

Installers worked through the harsh Michigan month of February on this home. The customer was nice enough to keep a heater going in the garage for them, even invited them in for hot soup for lunch a couple of times.

Caring customer, happy customer, and most importantly another satisfied customer!

Vinyl siding is a work of art and this turned out to be a beautiful piece!!
